These terms govern use of our public website. Account access is governed by the Beta Terms presented during signup. Paid services require separate agreed terms.
Using the website
You may use the website for lawful purposes. You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce harmful software, impersonate another person, submit information you are not entitled to share, or misuse our forms.
Information and service enquiries
The website provides general information about Kifal. It does not provide advice on a particular legal, tax, audit, investment or regulatory matter. Submitting an enquiry or requesting beta access does not create a professional engagement or guarantee admission.
Availability, scope, provider responsibilities, charges and relevant conditions are confirmed before an engagement is accepted. Official approvals and professional conclusions remain subject to the appropriate authority or professional process.
Invitations and accounts
The beta is invitation-only. A public access request does not create an account. If approved, you will receive the steps and terms applicable to your access. You must provide accurate information and act with authority where you represent an organisation.
Content and intellectual property
The Kifal brand, and this website’s content and design, are owned by or licensed to Mentoro LLC, except where otherwise identified. You may view the website for legitimate informational purposes. Further reproduction or use requires permission unless permitted by applicable law. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Your submissions
You retain rights in material you submit. You authorise us to use it to handle your enquiry as described in our Privacy Notice. Do not submit confidential commercial materials or sensitive records through public forms. A general enquiry does not create a confidentiality agreement.
