Your agreement
These terms are between Mentoro LLC, registered in the Qatar Financial Centre, at QFC Tower 1, Floor 9, West Bay, Doha, Qatar, and the organisation on whose behalf the account is opened. Kifal is a brand of Mentoro LLC.
By accepting these terms you confirm that you are 18 or over and that you are authorised to accept them for that organisation.
Invitation and access
Access is subject to a valid invitation and the permissions assigned to your account. You must not transfer an invitation or account to another person without authorisation. Access to one workspace does not authorise access to other organisations or records.
Account responsibilities
Keep your credentials confidential and write to info@getkifal.com if you suspect unauthorised access. Provide accurate account information and use the service only for lawful and authorised business purposes.
Beta scope
Your available services and access scope are described during onboarding. Features may change or be withdrawn during the beta. We will tell you about material changes by email or in the service.
We give no availability or uptime commitment during the beta. Do not rely on access to a feature that has not been included in your agreed scope.
Business information and permissions
You must have the right and appropriate authority to supply information and grant access to it. You retain your rights in that information. You authorise Kifal to process it to provide, operate and support the agreed service, and not for other purposes. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Notice.
The Kifal brand, the platform and its content are owned by or licensed to Mentoro LLC. Your access does not transfer any of those rights.
Professional engagements
A professional engagement requires an identified provider and agreed scope. Platform access does not itself constitute legal, audit, tax or investment advice, or an official approval.
Kifal introduces and coordinates. The provider contracts directly with you and is responsible for its own advice and deliverables. Kifal is not responsible for a provider’s professional work.
If you have a complaint about a provider, write to info@getkifal.com. We will pass it on to the provider and help to resolve it.
Fees
Requesting an invitation is free. Beta access is provided free of charge.
Paid professional services engaged through Kifal are quoted and agreed separately before any work begins. No paid engagement starts without the relevant charges and terms being agreed.
Acceptable use
Do not access information without permission, misrepresent your authority, upload unlawful material, compromise service security, or interfere with other users.
Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose, interfere with or probe it, use another person’s access, or upload malicious code.
Confidentiality and privacy
Each of us may receive non-public information from the other. Each party will protect the other’s non-public information, use it only for the purposes of this agreement, and disclose it only to people who need it and who are under equivalent obligations.
This does not apply to information that is already public other than through a breach of this section, was independently developed, or was lawfully received from someone else without a duty of confidence. Disclosure required by law, or by a court or regulator, is permitted; where we may lawfully do so, we will tell the other party first.
These obligations continue after the agreement ends. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Notice.
Suspension, closure and exit
We may suspend an account, or particular access, if these terms are breached, if there is a security risk, or if the law requires it. We will give notice where that is practicable, and act immediately where a security or legal risk requires it. If you think a suspension is wrong, write to info@getkifal.com and we will review it.
You can ask us to close an account at any time by writing to info@getkifal.com. For a reasonable period after closure, authorised users can ask us for an export of the organisation’s business records. After that, retention and deletion follow our Privacy Notice.
Liability, disputes and changes
Beta access is provided free of charge, “as is” and as available. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose during the beta, and you should not treat it as your only record of anything important.
Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data, business or anticipated savings. Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Qatar Financial Centre, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Qatar Financial Centre Civil and Commercial Court.
We may change these terms. We will tell you by email or in the service. Continued use after a change means you accept it, except where we ask you to accept the new terms again before continuing.
