Accessibility

Access matters.

We want the Kifal website to be clear and usable. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, contact us and describe the page, the problem and the assistance you need.

Our aim

We are working towards WCAG 2.2 Level AA across this website. It is the standard we build against and measure ourselves by. We have not been assessed against it by an independent party, so we do not claim conformance with it.

What we have built in

Pages use semantic HTML structure. Navigation and disclosures can be operated with a keyboard, and the focused element is always visible. Meaningful images carry alternative text, and decorative artwork is hidden from assistive technology. The site respects the reduced motion setting in your operating system: when you have asked for reduced motion, animation is turned off.

Known limitations

The site has not yet been formally audited. Barriers almost certainly remain that we have not found. As we identify them, we will list them here with what we intend to do about them.

Reporting a barrier

Email info@getkifal.com. Tell us the page and what happened. You may include your browser or assistive technology if relevant. Please do not include sensitive personal information. We aim to respond within five business days, and where a fix will take longer we will offer the information you need in another format.

Review

We review this statement as the service develops, and whenever we change how the site is built. Any change is published here with an updated effective date.
